Sacha joined FXB in 2013 as a civil servant, focusing on best practices in income-generating activities. Subsequently, he was promoted to be in charge of FXB's program monitoring and evaluation processes, focusing on final evaluations, performance reporting and multidimensional poverty analysis. Today, Sacha is in charge of programs in Burundi, Namibia, Uganda and Rwanda. He works closely with country offices to conceptualize innovative and measurable programs, responding to the challenges faced by the communities we serve. He holds a master's degree in ethics, economics and politics from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
