Sacha joined FXB in 2013 as a civilist, focusing on best practices in income-generating activities. Subsequently, he was promoted to lead FXB monitoring and evaluation processes, focusing on final evaluations, performance reports and multidimensional poverty analysis. Today, Sacha is in charge of programmes in Burundi, Namibia, Uganda and Rwanda. It works closely with national offices to conceptualize innovative and measurable programmes, addressing the challenges facing the communities we serve. He holds a master's degree in ethics, economics and politics from the University of Freiburg, Switzerland.
