James Mugabi Ronnie is a social worker by profession, with over 20 years' experience in social development in Uganda. He is deeply passionate about empowering vulnerable communities, particularly children and young people. Throughout his career, he has been committed to making a positive impact by working with various organizations to address key social challenges at different levels. He holds a master's degree in human rights and a postgraduate diploma in project planning and management. He joined the FXB family in 2021, bringing his in-depth experience and commitment to support the organization's mission to create lasting change for those in need.
