Gisèle holds a degree in Clinical and Social Psychology from the University of Bujumbura. She has been working with FXB since 2006 and was appointed FXB's Director of Operations in Burundi in 2008. The economic and social empowerment of women and the protection of children are at the heart of her daily concerns in the field. Gisèle works closely with her team and the Swiss office to conceptualize innovative, measurable programs that address the challenges facing the communities we serve.
