Emmanuel holds a bachelor's degree in development studies and a master's degree in project management. He joined FXB in 2012. As Executive Director of FXB Rwanda, he oversees the smooth functioning of the NGO, one of the country's largest local organizations. He works closely with his team and strategic partner, FXB Switzerland, to conceptualize innovative and measurable programmes, responding to the challenges facing the communities we serve.
