Emmanuel holds a bachelor's degree in development studies as well as a master's degree in project management. He joined FXB in 2012. As Executive Director of FXB Rwanda, he oversees the smooth running of the NGO, one of the largest local organizations in the country. He works closely with his team and strategic partner, FXB Switzerland, to conceptualize innovative and measurable programs that address the challenges facing the communities we serve.
