Human Sciences Research Council Evaluation

In 2007, an external evaluation of a VillageFXB programme in Rwanda, conducted by the Human Sciences Research Council (South Africa), revealed that four years after the end of the programme, 86% of beneficiaries still live above the poverty line and 97% continue to operate their initial income-generating business. In addition, their children attend school more regularly, continue their education longer and achieve better results than their peers.
