Simon joined FXB in 2023 as head of the structure. An experienced facilitator, he has been involved in peacebuilding and conflict transformation, human rights and human security, community development and good governance for over 15 years. He has worked locally in South Africa and internationally with the Irenees network of peacebuilders based in Paris (France). Simon works closely with his team and the Swiss office to conceptualize innovative and measurable programs that respond to the challenges facing the communities we serve.
