21 Feb 2008 | The Canton of the Valais, Switzerland, has agreed to subsidize the renown FXB Palliative Home Care Center (CFXB)

An Agreement has been signed between the Association François-Xavier Bagnoud, the Canton of the Valais Department of Health, Social Affairs and Energy and the Association of Medico-Social Centers in the Valais (MSCV). 

 

Under this Agreement, the Canton of the Valais has agreed to subsidize the renowned palliative homecare provided by the François-Xavier Bagnoud Center (FXBC). The Canton’s generous funding will represent 62.5% of the program’s residual expenses and, in accordance with Cantonal regulations; monies will be channeled through the MSCV for FXBC. The agreement on the terms of co-operation between FXBC and MSCV is expected shortly.
